Please note the following timings:

- Classes IX, X, & XI: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

- Classes Nursery to VIII: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

We kindly request that parents adhere to the specified timings.

We are thrilled to announce that this year our school will celebrate Children's Day on November 14, 2024, in grand fashion, in association with The Times of India. The event will feature a Magic Show and a talking doll performance, taking place at Rabindra Bhavan, Basirhat.

All students, using school transport as well as non transport and only those who do not reside in Basirhat, must report to the school by 9:00 AM sharp. Parents are requested to drop their children off at school. From there, we will escort all students to the venue using school transport. Teachers will be present to supervise the students, and we will share the names and contact numbers of the teachers responsible for each class shortly.

Students should bring light snacks and drinking water. The programme is expected to start at 10:30 AM and will conclude around 3:00 PM, after which the bus will return students to the school. Parents are asked to collect their children from the school premises. Students may also disembark at their designated stops on the way back, but they must communicate with their teacher in charge via phone to ensure a smooth process.

Students residing in Basirhat are requested to go directly to the venue by 10:00 AM. Parents may drop them off at the venue and pick them up accordingly; they do not need to come to school that day.

We have received Circular No. 17/SECY/24 from the Government of West Bengal regarding the predicted cyclonic storm.

In adherence with the same there will be no physical classes on 24th and 25th of October'24. Instead classes will be conducted ONLINE on these dates.

The online class schedule will be circulated through the WhatsApp groups shortly. Exam scheduled on those days will be rescheduled accordingly. Please note 9th November, Saturday will be a working day and Thursday's Time Table will be followed.

It is hereby informed that two exams have been re-scheduled for your Half yearly Examination. Kindly note the following:

•Examination scheduled on the 9th of October will be conducted on 6th of October, 2023 (Friday).

•Examination scheduled on the 13th of October will be conducted on 9th of October, 2023 (Monday).

•There will be no Examination on 13th October, 2023 owing to a workshop that will be conducted in the school campus by CBSE.

Rest of the exams will be taken as per schedule.
