The FUTURE SCHOLARS ACADEMY, BADURIA is a State-of-Art co-educational, English medium school of unique nature in the plethora of similar institution. It has emerged in the changing social fabric of this populous area with a view not only to disseminate education in the formative years of a child but also to harmonize his/her perception, emotion, personality character and interest oriented future through education for a simplified, purified and better balanced society. It is built on a sprawling and serene green campus, with all necessary facilities at Baduria, 24 PGS(N), West Bengal provides fresh air and ample opportunities for the holistic development of the children who will be accomplished individuals in many ways, happy and confident of leading their lot to a bright future. The Future Scholars Academy believes that every child is unique and an effort is made to cater to his/her individuality.

The most important years of a child’s education are the first few formative years wherein the five senses are awakened and prepared for the journey of experiential learning. Early childhood education is also said to have a snowballing effect in increasing the preparedness of a child to study.

At THE FUTURE SCHOLARS ACADEMY we believe in EDUCATION for LIFE, it implies that education is not a one time achievement but it is a lifelong process as natural as breathing. I believe in inculcating and imbibing the best habits, values and ethics in students by unleashing their inner instincts. Education will empower them in their sojourn through life. Catering to the all-round development and growth of an individual is imperative for providing holistic education.

Every generation has something to give each other. Therefore the ambience should be made congenial enough such that the give and take process is a smooth one. It has to be a permeable membrane.

Education is a lite-long learning process. Learning happens all the time; not only in a pre-designated place called the school. The world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and we as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire system of Education. I believe that implementing a well-balanced curriculum to ensure that the children who walk into the porials of The Future Scholars Academy will not just love their school but truly be prepared to face life's challenges. As a 21st century organization, the school desires to set an approach to learning that incorporates inquiry, research, analytical thinking and an einicol approach that becomes a lifetime habit. Our distinctive Academic Programme and innovative teaching methodologies encourage students to develop critical-thinking and learn through their doubt clearing sessions to exchange thoughts and ideas. The students are helped to focus on confidence building, while nurturing a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility through academic and co-curricular activities as I believe that, it is not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that makes the difference.
